Sam’s Driving Academy was established four years ago by Samkele Mzileni who was trained to drive by his grandfather at a young age. He then shared his skills with his siblings and mother, since then dreamed of having a driving school one day. When he completed his B-Tech at Cape Peninsula university, he started SDA and to date has assisted over 400 aspiring learner drivers to achieve their licence.
Nationally only about 40% of learner drivers actually achieve their license. This is due to poor quality instructors, affordability constraints and the process complexity that aspiring drivers often face. SDA seeks to address this!
We boast a 95%+ first time pass rate, driven by qualified, patient instructors with years of experience. Over the years we have guided several aspiring drivers from different backgrounds to obtain their license. We recognize everyone’s journey to getting their driver’s license is different and we’re here to help each of you through your individual journey!
We have provided our services to universities, colleges, working professionals, recent matriculants and to companies or government organisations that provide licensing benefits to their employees and many more!!! Our tailored approach to driving tuition is driven by how exciting and fun learning how to drive can be – and we will help you be more confident when joining other drivers on the road. We are determined and passionate about providing our students with the best driving experience and excellent results throughout their driving journey with us .Over the years we have delivered on our promises, we have more than 400 graduates that have passed their drivers license with us, who are today safe,confident and smart drivers who had earned their drivers licenses.
A driver’s licence is a great investment for everyone , and having a valid licence does not only open more job opportunities, but is indeed a lifetime skill that cannot be taken away from you.We offer code 08 and code 10 driving instructions that are conducted by qualified, patient and experienced driving instructors.. Our Vehicles are easy to drive and not older than 3 years, they are fitted with dual pedals to ensure safety for the instructor and the learner.
